Low Tunnel Hoop System
Join us for our low tunnel workshops to build your own hoops. Class will be from 1-3 PM, limited to six participants per class.
We will be using a jig to create your low tunnel hoops. We’ll talk about how to set up your tunnel for winter and spring crops. We’ll go out to the gardens and demonstrate how to put the bungee cords and plastic on top of the tunnel.
Supplies include in workshop
hoops (1/2” electrical conduit)
attached carabiners
clips
Not included but recommended are bungee cords, rebar, plastic, and Hortonova netting for your tunnel.
Please select how many hoops you need. We recommend 1 hoop at least every five feet of space. Measure the width of your flower beds before hand. You can make your hoops 3-5 feet wide, but exact measurements help!
